Raynham Police Arrest and Charge Man with OUI Liquor

RAYNHAM — Chief David LaPlante reports that the Raynham Police Department arrested and charged a man with drunken driving and other charges over the weekend.

THOMAS FLINT, AGE 50, OF BRIDGEWATER was charged with:

  • OUI Liquor
  • Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle
  • Marked Lanes Violation
  • Speeding

At approximately 11:20 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18, a Raynham Police officer was observing traffic at the intersection of Orchard, North Main, South Main and Pleasant streets. The officer observed a black SUV being driven erratically and the officer began to follow the driver.

The officer observed the driver allegedly pass two vehicles at a high rate of speed and a traffic stop was initiated.

Through an on-scene investigation, it was determined that the driver, identified as FLINT, was allegedly intoxicated.

He was placed under arrest and his vehicle was towed.

These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
