*UPDATED* Raynham Police Cite Driver for OUI Liquor Following Weekend Rollover Crash

RAYNHAM — Chief James Donovan reports that a driver will face additional charges after being cited for multiple violations following a rollover crash Saturday night, Nov. 23.

EVERARDO RAMOS, AGE 42, OF RAYNHAM, was issued a citation for:

  • Negligent Operation
  • Using an Electronic Device – Texting
  • Marked Lanes Violation

As the investigation continued over the weekend, it has been determined that RAMOS will be additionally charged with:

  • OUI Liquor (Second Offense)
  • Speeding

On Saturday, at 8:41 p.m., Raynham Police and Fire were dispatched to the area of 1136 Locust St. for a report of a vehicle that had left the roadway and rolled over.

Upon arrival, officers located a damaged black 2016 Ford F-150 and determined that the vehicle had struck and broken a utility pole during the crash. RAMOS, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, was transported to Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton with non-life threatening injuries.

RAMOS will be issued a summons and is expected to be arraigned in Taunton District Court at a date to be determined.
